Top Promo Products Under $3

There are a plethora of choices when it comes to promotional items. You can get everything from pens to custom bags. You can even get something as unique as a custom motorcycle or a custom bedspread. When it comes to promotional products, the options are limitless, but more often than not budgets aren't. While we'd all love to create a custom promotion that would simply blow the competition out of the water, cost gets in the way and we're hindered to what we can afford. While cost seems to be one of biggest factors when it comes to choosing promotional items, it doesn't limit the choices by as much as you'd think. Just take a look at the top five categories of promotional items under $3.
Calendars
While it seems that pens would make the list in the number one spot, we've chosen promotional calendars instead. Why? Ranked as one of the top used promotional items, calendars are everywhere for that very reason: they're useful. Whether they're hanging in an office being marked with upcoming meetings or being scribbled with soccer practices and doctors appointments in the home, calendars are utilized daily. In fact, a recent study determined that people look at their calendars anywhere from ten to twelve times a day. That's ten to twelve logo impressions being made on potential clients. Considering that a bare bones, simple promotional wall calendar costs anywhere between $0.79 and $1.59, its no surprise that calendars topped the list.
Pens
It's been said that in its lifetime a promotional pen will have approximately twelve owners. These useful items are most often seen in banks, stores and at trade shows for one simple reason: they work. The added benefit of them being so affordable is simply just a perk for your advertising budget. A simple promotional stick pen can start as low as $0.13.
T-ShirtsOnce again promotional apparel topped the list of best selling promotional items, and none more so than custom t-shirts. Whether they're given out on college campuses, at bars and clubs or even at employee events, promotional t-shirts seem to be one of the most sought after types of promotional products. People clamor around anyone handing out these t-shirts, and it doesn't matter whether they get worn on the weekends, to bed or to the gym. One thing is certain, with prices under $2.75 per shirt, you can be sure you're giving people what they want.
Drinkware
There's no doubt that people love getting things like promotional water bottles and stadium cups for free. These useful items are utilized by everyone who receives them. In fact, plenty of these popular items retail for much more than they're worth to begin with. Stainless steel water bottles, for example, retail for anywhere from ten to twenty dollars depending on where you purchase them. With promotional drinkware staring as low as $0.63, you better believe it's one of the best promo items under $3.

MagnetsThink about your fridge at home. You've probably got at least one magnet, probably more touting the name of the local Chinese restaurant or pizza place. You may have picked on up at your dentist or at the doctor's office. You may have magnetic clips that keep the take out menus together. You may have magnetic photo frames that keep precious photos of your kids or grandchildren permanently affixed to the fridge. With a simple business card magnet starting as low as $0.08, it's easy to see why promotional magnets are everywhere.
While the dreaded "b" word seems to hinder everything that we do, whether it be buying holiday gifts or planning a vacation, it doesn't need to hinder your advertising efforts. Just browse through any of the above categories and start branding your business for less today. Your wallet will thank you later.

Dress for Success with Embroidered Business Apparel

Trade show exhibitors often overlook one very important piece of the impression-making package: embroidered business apparel. Have your trade show staff wear clothing that has been embroidered with your company name and logo to create a consistent look and make them recognizable to passers-by.
Embroidered business apparel provides a professional presentation and ensures that your brand is represented at all times. After all, your employees are the face of your company, especially at a trade show. Why not add your logo to that face?
Beyond the Trade Show Floor
Long after a trade show has ended, your employees can hold onto their logoed business attire to wear at company meetings. For those who travel, this is not only a great branding opportunity for your company but also makes life a little easier for the employees.
You can also have your staff wear their embroidered business apparel at corporate events or fundraisers where your company has a presence. This helps not only to make your presence known but also to expose your logo to those who may not have previously heard of your brand.
